Florida nurse pays tribute to coronavirus sufferer, a fellow veteran, in touching picture

A Florida hospital has launched a touching picture of a nurse saluting a fellow veteran who died from the coronavirus.

Marc Kagan, a retired U.S. Air Power flight nurse, now screens personnel going out and in of the COVID-19 unit at Manatee Memorial Hospital in Bradenton.

“My coronary heart was damaged and saddened when a veteran misplaced his life to this lethal virus,” Kagan mentioned in a Facebook post printed by the hospital.

“He didn’t get the army send-off with a flag over his courageous physique,” Kagan added. “It was with my duty and honor to salute this brave American.”
