The 2, together with Pete Buttigieg, had been individually interviewed by Spanish-language station Telemundo after a candidate discussion board hosted by the League of United Latin American Residents.
Klobuchar, a Minnesota senator, replied, “No,” when requested who the Mexican president is.
“I forgot,” was billionaire businessman Tom Steyer’s response.
Buttigieg, the previous South Bend, Indiana mayor, was the one candidate to appropriately title Mexico’s president, Andrés Manuel López Obrado, although he didn’t appear too assured.
“Lopez Obrador, I hope,” he answered with a smile.
No different 2020 presidential candidates had been current at Thursday’s discussion board, however Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders addressed the viewers through video.
